The 23rd BIBAN forum witnessed the launch of the Prince Abdulelah bin Abdulaziz Award for entrepreneurship, with the aim of developing and supporting commercial and innovative projects in the kingdom.
The launch was attended by Her Royal Highness Princess Noura bint Abdulelah bin Abdulaziz, assistant secretary general of the award, deputy governor of the General Authority for small and medium enterprises “monshaat” for entrepreneurship Saud al-Sabhan, Deputy Secretary General Mr. Fahd bin Saed Al-Thubaiti, executive director of the award Mr. Rashid bin Abdullah Al-tukhaim, and member of the award board Massad bin Samar Al-Otaibi.
Her Royal Highness Princess Noura bint Abdulelah bin Abdulaziz, assistant secretary general and member of the award’s board, said in a speech during the ceremony prepared on this occasion that the launch reflects the commitment of the Prince Abdulelah award to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation among entrepreneurs in the Kingdom, and provide training, financing and mentoring opportunities for them, indicating that it contributes to raising the level of competitiveness of projects participating in the award, and increases their chances of success in the labor market.
It is noteworthy that the biban 23 forum witnessed a large number of agreements and launches, and it also enjoys the wide participation of entrepreneurs and investors from all over the world; with the aim of strengthening the kingdom’s position as a destination and first choice for entrepreneurs regionally and internationally, supporting the growth of entrepreneurs ‘ projects and their competitiveness, and stimulating the culture of entrepreneurship.
