Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University has signed a joint cooperation memorandum with the Prince Abdulilah bin Abdulaziz Award for Entrepreneurship and Support of Productive Families. The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, the university president, and Her Royal Highness Princess Fahda bint Abdulilah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Secretary-General of the Award.
The Memorandum of Understanding covers a wide range of cooperative areas, where the university commits to providing strategic and logistical support to the Prince Abdulilah bin Abdulaziz Award. The university will participate in setting the standards and joining the judging committees, aiming to ensure the selection and recognition of the best entrepreneurial projects and innovative ideas.
Workshops, training courses, and joint events are highlighted as key activities that both the university and the award will undertake. These activities will offer an educational and guidance environment for participants, allowing them to develop their entrepreneurial skills and enhance their understanding of marketing, finance, and management processes.
Joint events between the university and the award will also be organized to promote communication and knowledge exchange among members of the entrepreneurial community.
Princess Fahda bint Abdulilah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Secretary-General of the Award, expressed her delight at this collaboration, stating, “We are working diligently to enhance the business environment in the Kingdom and support productive families, reflecting our commitment to providing necessary support for creative and pioneering youth in the business field. We are confident that this partnership will contribute to economic development and innovation in the Kingdom.
