Introduction

The Prince Abdulelah bin Abdulaziz Award for entrepreneurship and the blood of productive families launches the “registration platform” (hereinafter referred to as the “platform”) in order to provide the service of registration of candidates, documentation of their data, sorting and arbitration.

General provisions:
When registering and using the platform, the candidate agrees to the following:

Platform services
The services provided by the platform include the provision of any information, initiatives or programs about the projects adopted by the award and its partners via the platform, and include the opportunity to submit entries by candidates in various projects that are subject to review – nomination – evaluation – voting – exhibitions – courses, and then the selection of the winning entry, as well as other features and options that will be offered from time to time via the platform (hereinafter referred to as the ‘services’).
Accounts and registration

Terms of Use and registration on the platform:

The candidate has to create an account on the platform to use it.
The candidate must provide his personal information, which will be collected and used in accordance with the applicable regulations or relevant regulations.
The candidate must keep accurate and complete information in his account at all times, as well as maintain the security and confidentiality of his account by not sharing the password with others, restricting access to his account, computer, device, and agrees to accept all risks of unauthorized access.
The candidate must notify the prize administration immediately if he discovers or suspects security breaches related to the platform or his account, and if the candidate is unable to do so, it may result in him not being able to access and use the platform, with the prize administration reserving its right to exclude the candidate from registration and benefit from the platform.

As part of the candidate’s use of the platform, the candidate agrees to receive from time to time what the award team may send to the candidate from electronic correspondence or notifications, either by e-mail or mobile number or by sending notifications related to the platform or services or both, and such correspondence may include notifications about the candidate’s account (such as password changes, registration confirmation, notification related to updates, recommendations or announcements of all kinds) or any other correspondence related to the candidate’s use of the platform, the candidate also agrees that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other correspondence sent by the team to the candidate electronically will satisfy any legal requirements Especially by correspondence.
The candidate agrees that the management of the prize and its administrators have the right to send future correspondence or notifications related to other projects related to the operator.
If the candidate’s account is disabled, he / she will not be able to create a new account without the approval of the prize administration by contacting it.
Limits of use

The candidate acknowledges and agrees when using the platform that he does not authorize and is not allowed to do the following:

Participate through the platform in irregular activities in the kingdom.
Use any means, program or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the correct operation of the platform.
Everything that is considered a violation of the laws and regulations to combat information crimes or any other relevant system in the kingdom.
Publish or write anything that is offensive to the platform, the award administration, one of its partners, employees, volunteers, representatives, or any of its affiliates on social media or the media without communicating with the award administration and a week has passed since submitting a complaint or inquiry without responding

It is forbidden to create any electronic links to the platform, display any of them in a frame, or place their links on any site, except for placing links to the platform in sites that do not contradict in their goals and general orientation with the goals, policies and frameworks of the platform.

The award administration has the absolute right to determine the existence of a breach of the terms and conditions related to the candidate’s use of the platform, and therefore, it has the right, in the event of any breach of any of the terms and conditions, to take the measures it deems appropriate, including:

Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of the candidate’s right to use the platform, services and/ or any of its components.
Take all legal actions against the candidate to compensate the award for all costs incurred as a result of the breach.
